Reflection time/return

If you do not like the product or if you do not want the product for any other reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of routing the product are for your own account. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email protected]. After receiving your request, we will refund the amount due within 14 days, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you.

Change delivery address

Would you like to provide a new delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will change the order for you if possible.

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. That is why we try to ship orders placed on working days before 12:00 on the same day. However, it sometimes happens that we do not have certain products in stock. In such cases, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to meet that delivery time, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible.
The prices stated under the products are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are: € 6.75.
Our deliveries are made via PostNL. Your package will be delivered to your home within 5-7 workdas (eu). The delivery time may differ on public holidays.
